Position Overview
Are you passionate about customer service and eager to be a part of the booming contact centre industry in Singapore? CCAS is looking for a Contact Centre Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Membership Support: Assist with onboarding new members, managing member inquiries and ensuring they have seamless experience with CCAS.
- Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, workshops and conferences.
- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for our website and social media platforms, helping to promote CCAS activities and industry updates.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between CCAS and its members, ensuring information is disseminated effectively.
- Administration: Provide administrative support to the CCAS team, helping with record-keeping, data management and general office tasks.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering industry data, trends and insights to keep CCAS members informed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for customer service and the Contact Centre Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or association-related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with contact centre operations is a bonus
