About Us

Welcome to the Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS), your one-stop destination for all things related to contact centers and customer service excellence in Singapore.

CCAS, a not for profit organisation that has for the past 25 years been adding value to Contact Centres in Singapore and across the region by focusing on technologies, operational excellence approaches, UX and CX.

At CCAS, we believe that excellent customer service is at the core of every successful business. Our association is committed to fostering a community of contact center professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. We achieve this through education, networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
