Stamford is an experienced customer service strategy and operations professional (B2B and B2C) with more than 15 years’ experience in global and regional customer service set-up, management and optimization. Integral to his role is the ownership of the customer journey across all assisted sales and service touch points to perfect the experience episodes through targeted projects to eliminate friction and measuring the results through Net Promoter Score and Customer Effort Score. This transformation is executed through journey mapping and driving lean six sigma throughout the organization.
 
Stamford has P&L responsibility over the customer service and retail channels platforms. He is also the Data Protection Officer, driving the customer data management and governance organisation. M1 achieved the IMDA Data Protection Trustmark in August 2019.
