Stamford leads the entire M1 customer service function for both consumer and enterprise customers which services customers through the call-in contact centres, the walk-in service centres and the back-office operations. He is heavily involved in the digitalization efforts to simplify the customer journey for both assisted and online experience. He is also the appoint Data Protection Office (DPO) for M1.
In his previous role at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), Stamford lead the APAC operations in customer experience management, contact channel management, productivity and efficient strategic initiatives and business continuity and crisis management. Prior to this, Stamford lead the International SOS global service delivery for Concierge and Lifestyle services focusing on service delivery structure, training and systems to ensure that International SOS is able to deliver the defined services on an on-going consistent basis.
Prior to joining International SOS, Stamford managed two award-winning call centers at DHL and MobileOne. He is a certified COPC-2000® Coordinator as well as a COPC Six-Sigma Coordinator, and represented Asia on the COPC Standards Committee. He is also a member of AsiaDPO.
