Shirin Anne Wan is the Senior Director, Technical Support APAC for Tableau’s Asia Pacific region and plays a strategic role for the overall success of the customers' experience across the organization. Shirin is an experienced Business Excellence and Operations/Service Leader with proven history & strong business acumen in transforming and building award winning Operations and Service Excellence teams, in both start-up & mature business environments.

Shirin has more than 20 years’ experience in in the Fintech, Banking & Distribution industries, with Fortune 500 companies & MNC’s such as Intuit, Citibank, RS Components & HSBC. She has held several senior positions in the different domains and leads operations & customer facing teams in Global Expansion & Go-To Market strategies, for existing & new markets. She drives growth in customer segments comprising Enterprise, Small Businesses, Governments & Consumers.

Well versed in transformational growth, scaling the business through change management & people engagement, Shirin has built Services team across multiple geographies where countries under her care have won several regional awards from the Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS), Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM), Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), CX Asia Excellence Awards and recognized by the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) for winning International Contact Centre Awards.

Prior to joining Tableau, Shirin was the Head of Customer Success for Asia Pacific and Site Leader, Singapore at Intuit. As the Site Leader of Intuit Singapore Pte Ltd, Shirin help developed the internal culture and way of working which resulted in the company being the Winner of the #1 Best Place to Work in Singapore for two consecutive years: Small organization category awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW).

Shirin holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore and Graduate Diploma from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
