Nicholas brought along with him 19 years of Contact Centre experience where he started as a Customer Service Executive from his time in Standard Chartered Bank back in 2001. Prior to joining Tele-centre, Nicholas was also part of OCBC Contact Centre, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and SIngtel, covering Inbound & Outbound Operations, Service Quality, Business Process Improvement, Top Management Escalation and Business Strategic Management throughout his career. 
 
Currently the General Manager for Tele-centre Service Pte Ltd, Nicholas is leading a team of 400 staff under the Operations team, Service Quality & Training, IT and Business Development to deliver a complete and integrated suite of services to their business clients.
 
Nicholas graduated with a Bachelor of Economics with triple major in Finance, Banking and Business Economics from the University of Western Australia. Nicholas is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified from University of New South Wales.
