Michelle has more than 15 years of working experience in Contact Centre, of which 12 years are in the Banking industry.  She started her career as Customer Service Officer in Citibank Malaysia, and gained extensive operational and leadership exposure in various contact center functional roles since then.  Michelle’s expertise includes Operations Excellence, Service Quality, Process Improvement, and Project Management.

Michelle is currently responsible for both Service Assurance initiatives and Learning & Development activities in Contact Centre, back office units and Multimedia Installation services, under Singtel Group Consumer.
