Executive Director & Regional Head - DBS Customer Centre

Lena Low has 17 years of experience in the Contact Centre industry. Her experience spans across different industries such as insurance, technology, telecommunications and financial industries. Lena’s areas of expertise include contact centre set ups and management, outsourcing and leading transformation initiatives globally.  

At present, Lena is the Regional Head of Customer Centre for DBS Bank and is in charge of all contact centre operations in 6 countries including heading up the award winning Singapore DBS Customer Center. Lena is a certified COPC-2000® Coordinator and holds a MBA from University of Adelaide. She is also fluent in Japanese language having spent > 8 years in the Japan market with the most recent achievement of setting up a 3000 seater contact center in Japan in 2013 in the telecommunications industry.
