Assistant Vice President - Business Excellence, Sembcorp Power

Fee is Assistant Vice President of Business Excellence with SembCorp Power, a certified retailer in Open Electricity Market by Energy Market Authority, as well as one of the industry key partners offering energy and water solutions to businesses, government and community. Her previous role with Seraya Energy Pte Ltd as a Senior Fulfilment Manager, led the entire customer support function small and large commercial consumer in operational matters including utility billing and collection, customer service through call in contact centre and walk in customers.  She partnered with the sales and account servicing team to deliver profitable growth, manage business performance and enabling operational excellence and elevate customer experience. 

Holding a strong track record of operational excellence, she is familiar with B2C & B2B customer management operations, customer service to telesales, field sales, process re-engineering, quality management, credit management, billing and settlement. She has clinched a few rounds of recognition as Best Contact Centre Manager and Best Contact Centre in Malaysia and Singapore from 2005 to 2014. Fee is also a competent COPC-2000* coordinator. Her experience includes practice in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia for more than 18 years with in-house and outsourced service providers, within the Telco, financial institutions and utility industry.
