Hence, most companies are adopting omni-channel analytics strategies to understand the Voice of the Customer (VoC). However, omni-channel analytics strategy is incomplete and insufficient if you don't include speech analytics in it as speech continues to be the preferred and dominant mode of communication. Even today, over 90% customer interactions happen over the voice channel and over 94% companies consider voice as integral to customer care.  Therefore, Speech Analytics is not additional but irreplaceable to omni-channel analytics.
