Customer Experience Consultant and Contact Centre specialist for more than a decade, Augustin has supported companies in more than 30 countries across America, Europe and Australasia before relocating to Singapore in 2008.
In ASEAN and the wider Asia-Pacific, he has supported banks, telcos, airlines, governments… in defining their customer engagement strategies and how it fits within a cross-channel path. He is part of the executive committee of the Contact Centre Association of Singapore. He holds two COPC Registered Coordinator certifications: for CSPs and VMOs.
A frequent conference presenter and industry judge, an agent of change and a social evangelist, Augustin is now leading the customer engagement solutions business for Avaya in Asia-Pacific.
